No, what do I care what people think? But the last thing I want is people crowding around me and asking if I'm okay and if there's anything they can do.

. . . yeah, I get it.

It's gonna be really annoying.

Well, we know to give you space. Maybe you can tell other folks you're friendly with about the situation and not to crowd you if it happens. So if you're with a friend they can be a buffer.

As much as I don't care about what people think. "I have anxiety issues." Is not a conversation I enjoy having.

More than having an anxiety attack in front of 'em?

The attack is gonna happen regardless of whether or not they have previous warning.

But it'll change how they react, if that's what you're really worried about.

You didn't get a warning and you reacted just fine.
